CPRS Board of Trustees meet on the 2nd Monday of every month in the Staff Lounge. Meetings begin at 7:00 PM. All are invited to attend the public session.
Senior Class sells donuts every Friday morning in the Sorensen Room from 7:30-8:10 AM. Prices are $1 per donut, with milk and juice available for 35 cents. Proceeds go to the senior class fund.
Parents gather in the Auditorium on the first Friday (school day) of every month at 8:35 AM for Parents in Prayer. All are invited to join to support our students and faculty. Please check in at the office before going into the auditorium.
A list of lost and found items is emailed to families near the close of each month. Items which remain unclaimed by the end of the month will be donated or discarded. Help cut down on our lost and found by labeling items your child brings to school!
Families are asked to label personal items brought to school. This includes outerwear such as coats, scarves, hats, and gloves, as well as school supplies, lunch boxes, etc.
In the event that school is cancelled due to inclement weather, families will be notified via email. Additionally, local TV stations will be notified, the school's answering machine message will be changed, and the main page of the website will include notification.
Homework requests for students who are ill should be made by 8:30 AM on the day of the absence. This gives our teachers the opportunity to gather work and write assignments when it is convenient during their teaching schedule.
